Erik Spoelstra, the well-known Miami Heat coach has purchased one hot property in Florida.
The 45-year-old boss capped off his season with a real-estate win albeit bounced from the playoffs over Toronto Raptors.
The property has an area of 4,200-square-foot, a Plantation-style estate in Coconut Grove, Florida, amounting to whooping $2.6 million.
Built in 1937, it has five-bedrooms, 5.5-bathroom house that also includes separate guest quarters. The mansion designed with an open and airy space sports wide-plank lightwood floors and bright white walls.
The kitchen was newly built that includes an island and breakfast nook. There are plenty of rooms for entertainment with covered decks, swimming pool is totally awesome, and the wet bar is adorable. The family room features a vaulted wood-beam ceiling and cozy fireplace.
The fully renovated residence of Coach Spoelstra will be their perfect nest together with his fiancée, the former Heat cheerleader Nikki Sapp.
In her Instagram account, Sapp writes with a bash of excitement saying, “My friends threw me a surprise bridal shower and it was everything.”
The couple will truly embark with their new luxurious home beginning with plenty of privacy. Although the gate road ends in a brick driveway and a grand pillared entry, but lush gardens add to the tranquil and tropical setting of the whole surroundings.
