Cleansing your colon is very easy and can definitely perform even in our home. Drinking water, juices, and eating fiber rich foods are big factors in colon cleansing.
Ten to twelve (10-12) glasses of water a day is essential to keep your body hydrated & also will give the body the needed liquid & lubricating requirement to flush out toxins and wastes.
The apple juice (especially those unfiltered) encourages bowel movements, while lemon juice has an antioxidant properties that is high in vitamin C which is good for our digestive system.
Fiber rich foods such as fruits and vegetables like apples, pears, berries, broccoli, whole grains, nuts, and not to forget, the green-leafies help eliminating harmful toxins and therefore promoting healthy intestinal care.
